Caitlin Sullivan is a New York based director and theater maker.
Her work has been presented by Ars Nova, New Georges, the Drama League, City Theatre Company, On the Boards, Seattle Repertory Theatre, ACT/Hedgebrook Women Playwrights Festival, Rutgers University and Cornish College of the Arts. Other recent associations include New York Theatre Workshop, LCT3, Manhattan Theatre Club and ZSpace. Caitlin is the Associate Director of HUNDRED DAYS and THE LUCKY ONES (dir. Anne Kauffman) and the Resident Director for the HUNDRED DAYS tour.
Before moving to New York, Caitlin co-founded Seattle's critically acclaimed Satori Group. As Artistic Director, she directed and/or developed seven original works. You can read more about the Satori Group here.
She spent several summers as the Artistic Director of the Williams College Summer Theatre Lab, where she developed new work with Caroline McGraw, The Bengsons, Mallery Avidon, Dipika Guha, and Martyna Majok.
Born and raised in Boston (Dorchester!), MA, Caitlin is a graduate of Williams College, an alum of the Drama League Directors Project and Next Stage Artist Residency, and a New Georges Affiliate Artist.
